It is our pleasure to announce that Ms.
Jennifer Gibson has accepted the position as Treasurer for the Triangle
Technology Executives Council (TTEC). Jennifer brings significant
experience to TTEC and will be an essential member of our leadership
team as we continue development of the organization. She will report to
John Crites, President & CEO for operational and planning
activities. As Treasurer, she will also function as an advisor to the
Board of Directors.
Ms. Gibson is the Managing Partner of TechCFO RTP, providing fractional
CFO services to technology companies. Her previous experience includes
CFO and Vice President, International of ChannelAdvisor, Senior Manager
with PricewaterhouseCoopers and commercial loan administration with
BB&T. Jennifer is a magna cum laude graduate of Western Carolina
University, with a B.S.B.A degree with majors in Finance and Accounting.
Her specialties are accounting and financial reporting; investor,
employee and customer relationships; equity and debt capital, due
diligence; budgeting and forecasting; strategic planning and leadership;
revenue growth and customer acquisition; operations, integration,
change management. Specialties also include Software-as-a-Service
(SaaS) and e-commerce.
